Welcome to Apple Valley Farm Motorcoach Resort
Apple Valley Farm is located in the heart of the Rumbling Bald Resort at Lake Lure, NC. In the middle of the 15 acre park is a beautiful lake with two waterfalls and a working waterwheel. This beautiful place is ideal for folks wanting a perfect getaway in the North Carolina Mountains.
The area is known as North Carolina's gateway to the Smokies, America's Mountain Playground. For those who like a variety of activities, you will find a great assortment here. Whether you are an outdoors person, a creative individual, a shopper or someone just wanting to relax, no place is more pastoral and serene!

RENTAL OPPORTUNITIES
Class A Only Motorhomes
Selected lots within Apple Valley Farm are available for rent.
Minimum rental period is 2 nights.
RV must be a manufacturer designated minimum 32' Class A motor coach.
Car haulers and other trailers are not permitted. There are no facilities to store towed trailers.
Apple Valley Farm offers endless opportunities to explore the mountains of North Carolina, to shop in nearby communities, and to enjoy local festivals. Check the links on the right for a guide to the area.
Guests at Apple Valley Farm have access to Rumbling Bald Resort amenities which include swimming pools, miniature golf, tennis courts, boat & kayak rentals, fishing, sandy beach, and two championship golf courses.
All lots include the following:
Utilities including public water supply, sewer, 50 amp electric, and Wi-Fi .
Large landscaped lots - average 50' X 100'
Paved roads and concrete pads.
Privacy from the public road by a landscaped berm.
