American Sunset offers "Simply The Best" in year 'round facilities, recreation, and relaxation.  Our convenient Westport location places you at the Coast's doorstep while offering resort amenities to our guests. Our location is convenient to the docks, parks, and beaches.  Relax, ... breathe our clean, clear ocean air and enjoy wonderful, historic Westport.

American Sunset is Westport’s largest privately owned campground, with the highest rating in the area, open 362 days a year. We have 32 acres with six acres for RVs and six acres for tenting. The tent area is primitive forest and the RV sites are full amenities. We have three bathrooms from small to large and a mid-sized swimming pool. 20/30/50 amps are at each site, as well as WiFi and 22 channels of satellite TV.
