Welcome to Almond Boat and RV Park
Located on Fontana Lake in the Great Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina, Almond Boat and RV Park invites you to "Come relax and enjoy the Smokies! We offer pontoon rentals, boat rentals, cabin rentals, RV park rentals, boat storage, bait, fishing and hunting licenses, and the best Southern hospitality you'll find anywhere!
Located ten miles outside of Bryson City, North Carolina, we are accessible via a paved road, making it easy for motorcyclists and RV's to reach us! Close to so many adventures, Almond Boat and RV Park is just 5 miles from the Nantahala Outdoor Center for your whitewater and zipline enjoyment, or the Tsali Recreation Area - nationally known for its 42-mile trail system open to hikers and horses, and its challenging mountain bike course. Here are a few of the attractions and adventures in our area:

Our RV Park is a family-oriented, pet friendly atmosphere where you can get away from it all! We are open from April through October. We have full hookups (water, electric, sewer), and each site includes a picnic table, and pads are gravel with grass. Our spacious sites can accommodate up up to the largest RV. Pets must be on a leash.
Wi-Fi is available in the area of the office only. Lots of folks from the RV park come down to the office area to use the Internet. Campfires are permitted in designated areas of each site. We have firewood and 20 pound propane cylinders available for purchase.
We do not have a bathhouse or a public laundry, and therefore do not allow tent camping. However, we can help you find a campground in our area that does allow tent camping.
