Welcome to Harrison Lake State Park
In the midst of endless fields of corn and soybeans stands 142-acre Harrison Lake State Park--a green island of scenic woodlands in a rich agricultural region. Harrison Lake is popular for swimming, fishing, camping and canoeing.

181 total campsites - 152 with electric hook-ups - 29 non-electric
Showers, flush toilets, & dump station are available

Games and sports equipment can be borrowed by registered campers at the camp office

Cabins
1 camper cabin is available
The cabin is available for rent from May through October 31

Unique Getaways
2 Rent-A-Yurt units offer futon beds, ceiling fan, mini refrigerator, and outdoor as grill along with a sheltered picnic table
Yurts are available for rent from May through October 31

Boating
All types of boats are permitted on the 105-acre lake. There are no limits on motorized horsepower, however motor boats must operate at no-wake speed. One launch ramp provides access to the lake. The launch ramp is ADA accessible. Two ADA accessible courtesy docks are also available. Boat rentals are available from the campground check-in office.

Dog Swim Area
The park offers a designated area for dogs to swim.

Fishing
Good catches of largemouth and smallmouth bass, crappie, bluegill, bullhead catfish, northern pike and carp can be taken from Harrison Lake. A valid Ohio fishing license is required.

Picnicking
Five quiet picnic areas are located in scenic areas of the park. Three shelter houses are available for reservation online or by calling (866) 644-6727.

Swimming
The park has a 150-foot swimming beach.

Trails
A 3.5-mile hiking trail with 2 branches circles the lake and provides the opportunity to explore the scenic lakeshore and woodlands.

Disc Golf
Construction continues to complete a 9-hole course. No fee.

Volleyball and basketball courts, and horseshoe pits
Lake access for dogs offers a place for your pets to frolic and swim.
Nature programs are offered during the summer months.
Bicycle rental is available at the campground check-in office.
When conditions permit, park visitors can enjoy sledding, cross-country skiing, and ice fishing.
