Welcome to Winchester Lake State Park
Winchester Lake State Park is a popular spot if you enjoy fishing for rainbow trout, hiking, or meandering in a rented canoe in the summer or cross country skiing, ice skating or ice fishing during the winter.  Visit the Wolf Education Center near the park entrance and observe wolves in a near-natural habitat. If you spend the night in our deluxe yurt, feel free to use the bicycles or canoe that come with it and take a spin around the lake.  Or stay in one of several peaceful campsites with a beautiful view of the lake and Craig Mountain.
