Tropical Palms Fun Resort - Kissimmee, FL - Encore Resorts

Many years ago we owned a time-share resort in Kissimmee, Florida where we traveled from Ohio to enjoy our annual vacation with family. We are very familiar with this area, at least with all the major tourist spots and eateries.

In October 2014, we combined a business trip and family vacation packed in our RV to Tropical Palm.

We stayed two terrific days!!

Our check-in wasn't so smooth - there was a family came before us with almost the same last name (what are the chances?) took our spot so we had to park in a different area. The staff was very friendly and helpful trying to get us situated, mind you, we have been traveling for 1200 miles and were very much road weary. Once we settled in, we felt at home.

We spent most of our time going to the Olde Town and just enjoyed some downtime from the travel. We got to walk around the park admiring the cute cabins and other campers - coming from the north, everything here looked tropical to us - it gave us a sense of peaceful happiness being in the sun all the time.

Our neighbor campers were quite helpful - the only thing we wish to be different was our camp site felt a little crammed in.

We will be back someday.
