Welcome to Spring Lake Regional Park
This 320-acre park in northeast Santa Rosa features year-round opportunities for recreation and education. Spring Lake has 31 campsites set in the oaks above the lake. Tent, trailer, and RV campers are welcome, and three sites feature new sleeping cabins. With nearly 10 miles of trails, Spring Lake is one of Sonoma County's most popular walking and biking destinations. A paved, 2.3-mile loop circles the lake. Trails connect with adjacent Trione-Annadel State Park and the city's Howarth Park.  A spring-fed swimming lagoon is open Memorial Day weekend-Labor Day and features areas for swimming and an inflatable, floating playground for visitors 6 and older. Lagoon admission is free. Spring Lake has 200 picnic tables, many with barbecues, and five group picnic areas that can be reserved by calling (707) 565-2041.
