Welcome to La Paz County Park
Nestled along the Colorado River, La Paz County offers many recreational areas for your enjoyment. Our many facilities offer camping, RV'ing, walking, swimming, boating, tennis, basketball, golfing, picnicking, water sports, volleyball, softball and hiking. La Paz County Park is located 8 miles north of Parker, Arizona on Highway 95 along the Colorado River. The park is truly a desert playground in the great southwest! We offer 114 RV Site with water, power and Cable TV (some have phone capabilities), Riverfront Ramadas, Dry Camping and a grass area for Group Camping. There are twelve restroom buildings, four with Indoor Showers (2 are for our Monthly and Weekly Campers and require a key deposit). Two Launch Ramps provide river access for watercraft. Our Lagoon Ramp will let you launch without worrying about the current. Emerald Canyon Golf Course is directly across the street with a lighted driving range. Carved out of the mountains and canyons overlooking the Colorado River, Emerald Canyon is a must play for any true golf enthusiast.
