Welcome to Anderson County Park
Anderson County Park offers camping, swimming, hiking and biking trails, boat launch, picnic areas, pavilion, children's playground and more. The public park is located on Norris Lake and consists of 196 acres. A great place to enjoy a camping vacation or a day's visit to Norris Lake. Anderson County Park offers visitors 72 campsites with views of Norris Lake open from April 1st through October 31st. The campsites are great for the entire family and include 22 tent sites and 50 RV campsites that include electric & water. 24 of the electrical RV campsites are long term (1 of which is reserved for on-site security). The long term campsites are also renewable every 30 days for the entire season. 26 of the electrical campsites are short term and require a 21 day maximum stay. One of the short term electrical is handicap accessible and you must have a blue handicap tag for your vehicle. The Anderson County Park campground also features three bath houses (one bath house is handicapped accessible). Anderson County Park does not take reservations, all campsites are available on a first come first serve basis with the exception of the group camp area which requires a reservation and deposit.
