Pymatuning Adventure Resort - Williamsfield, OH - RV Parks

We spent 3 days and two nights @ Pymatuning State Park Campground. Our site was nicely shaded and we were able to view the sun rise and sun site from the back of our RV, aka, the master bedroom. The ground was leveled enough- we usually had to use the leveling blocks but with this site (166), we were able to just back our RV all the way to the concrete bar, we were all set. This was by far the easiest setup for us in all the state park camp grounds we visited.

There were a lot of children in the park but for the most part, they were being fun. The shower room was very clean and we enjoyed the friendliness of the customer services from the staff.

The pricing in the general store was not too bad; it was a very typical state park campground store with limited options. They had what we needed for the trip.

There were a few yurt dwellers close to the beach front site. We saw many kids and adults were just enjoying a relaxing beautiful OH/PA weekend.

Like most campgrounds, if you wish to explore the nearby areas, you need to bring a car other than your camper. We tried to hike up to the Archery Range and the Boat Rental facility - we didn't make the trip - the hike was more than 2 miles ahead.

We loved the camp ground and will be back again.
