We are a 90 space property located in Rincon, Ga. just minutes from Savannah, Hilton Head and Coastal Georgia. With two ponds, canoes, and fishing, Whispering Pines is a great place to stay! Our Mobile Home Community offers two and three bedroom homes located in a family friendly enviroment in Southern Effingham County, Georgia. Close to schools and shopping, Whispering Pines offers a comfortable and convenient community for all families. We also offer Clubhouse and Pavilion rentals for any special occasion. Contact the main office for more information or to schedule your reservation.

+ We offer pull-thru and back-in sites.
+ Full Hook-Up Site: Includes water, electricity, sewer, and cable.
+ Partial Hook-Up Site: Includes water, electricity, and cable (sewer hook-up not included)
TENT SITES:
+ We offer 3 lake-side tent sites with electric hook-ups.
CABLE & INTERNET:
+ Basic cable and wifi are included in the price of your stay.
LAKE:
+ We offer a fishing dock as well as boat rentals. A fishing permit is not required when fishing in a private pond.
LAUNDRY:
+ Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located to the right of the office (use of RV washing machines are prohibited). Powdered laundry supplies are available for purchase in the office. Quarter exchange can be done in the office.
LP GAS:
+ Propane is available for purchase through the office. All removable tanks must have an O.P.D. valve.
SHOWERS:
+ We offer the use of our clean and spacious showers located in the restrooms on the backside of the office building. We take pride in our cleanliness, and we hope that you do too!
PETS:
+ We welcome pets that are under 30lbs and are not an aggressive breed. All pets must be registered with park management.
