Checked in at 6 pm, office was closed. No answer on number provided at door. Maintenance guy let us in and told us to pick a spot and see office tomorrow. Ended up on dead end with 40’ rv, got stuck in mud.
Bathrooms are disgusting, smell like urine and falling apart. Laundry is expensive and dryers are useless. Sewer backed up twice on multiple sites while we were there. No cable and internet as advertised. No pool towels as advertised. Tennis courts falling apart. No basketball nets as advertised. Kids looking forward to mini golf as advertised, but half the course looks bulldozed up and other half falling apart. Went to office to ask for pool towels, Guy named Dudley told us to go to the dollar store. Checked out early because of the mess, was told no refund.
