Old mobile park units, small !!!!!! sites not even big enough to set up a tent - WAIT no tents allowed. We should have known better than to pay upfront without checking out site & general area. Neighbor had to move his car from his spot just to get get our 26 ft trailer in. Narrow roads, run down units. Managers encourage you to discuss any issues but then are not willing to do anything to help. Coolidge is a dying town. We left much earlier than expected. Casa Grande is much nicer and not far away.
