TERRIBLE! Sent my son there to drop off his dry cleaning for college, I went to pick it up, presented my coupon from ValPak, and the unknowledgeable and unhelpful one person there used every excuse under the sun to NOT take my coupon. The coupon was the only reason we tried this cleaner! Never again!
