Every one of the washers had the soap dispenser full of other people's dissolved soap. They hadn't been cleaned, so the rinse cycle was just as sudsy as the wash. The dryer I used was either cold or super hot, no in-between, and the lint tray was locked shut, so couldn't be cleaned. The facility was quite clean and not too noisy, and there were a lot of machines, although several were out of order. There were no directions on how to operate the machines, (but maybe that is self evident to people who are used to commercial washers and dryers).
