Rules and Regulations
Must be 18 to rent your own wave runner/personal watercraft.
State of Florida requires any boater born on or after January 1, 1988 to pass an approved boating safety course such as the BoatU.S. Foundation's Free Online Course: http://www.boatus.org/florida/ - bring either the temporary certificate which you may print after completing the course, and is valid for 90 days as your temporary proof of boater education, or your permanent Boater Education ID Card will be automatically mailed to you within 3-4 weeks. We also offer the test at our locations for a fee.
Any one of the ages 16 to 17 can drive with a parent on the back.
Driver’s license required to rent.
Capacity: up to 3 people, max 400 lbs.
No alcohol before or during rental.
Parent or guardian must be present to sign for any child 17 and under.
