We stopped by Specialized RV looking for a company to do some major renovations on our 40’ motorhome and met the owners Rachellee and Allan. They were very welcoming and walked us through their shop and several jobs in various stages. We were very impressed with them and their facility so we scheduled to have some work done. They have a showroom with many samples to choose from. We stopped by the shop every week to check on the progress and we always felt welcome. They would take us back to the rig, show us how the work was going, and talk about options on anything they found that needed repaired. Rachellee or Allen were always available to answer questions and they even took pictures for us of how the work was progressing. They went above beyond making sure everything was done correctly and to our liking. We got new LVT flooring thru-out, new carpet on slide-outs, new day/night blinds for all windows, leak repairs on two walls, one broken and one foggy window repaired, cracked hatch replaced, new captain and co-pilot chairs, roof resealed and leak checked, and the entire front of the rig was painted and sprayed with Amour Coating. All the work was done very professionally and we were very pleased with the results. Our coach is ten years old but looks new again. They finished on time and budget, we would definitely recommend them and we will use them for future work.
